Mr. Radheshyam Solanki

Mr Radheshyam Solanki has been selected by the members in the AGM held on March 18 2021. He holds the office of the society for three years as a Director.

Radheshyam Solanki is associated with BASIX since 2004. Joined initially in The Livelihood School which is now renamed as Institute for Livelihood Research and Training (ILRT).

Since April 2004, he is associated with BASIX Consulting and Technology Services Ltd (BCTS) as Vice President, Head – Finance & Administration.

Radheshyam Solanki has more than two decades of experience in managing and leading finance operations, in different sectors and has cumulative experience of financial control, project management & monitoring, grant management, FCRA compliances, business planning and contract negotiation with various stake holders.

Radheshyam Solanki leads the Finance, Accounts, Legal, Admin and ISO functions across Basix Consulting and Technology Services Ltd.

He leads financial management, costing and pricing, taxation, corporate governance, compliance, legal and statutory matters of BCTS. His focus is to develop and update quality management system (QMS), internal policies processes, legal and administrative functions, in sync with rapid growth of BCTS.

He is a semi qualified Chartered Accountant and Post graduate in Commerce (M. Com).

Mr. Mangaraju Javvadi

Holds 22 years of Professional working experience various companies BASIX Group, Constructions, Pharma and Textile, Furniture and Interior lights, Handling Business, Operations, Technical upgradation, Policy preparation and implementation Business Planning & Budgeting, Corporate Accounts, Audits, Tax & regulatory matters, closely working with Executive Committees, Senior Management Group, involved in Strategic & Growth planning, Graduate in Commerce from Osmania University & Post Graduate Diploma Executive prog specialization in Technology & Operations from MIT.

Present Roles

Working as National Head-Agent Network Management in Sub-K IMPACT Solutions Ltd a Fintech Company responsible for smooth functional of Operations, Handling business, Business development, Client/Partner relationship and Audit & Compliance and mentoring BEAMACS Ops Team.

Mr. P V Uma Maheswara Rao

Uma Maheswar is associated with BASIX Social Enterprise Group since 2010.

Mr. P.V Uma Maheswara Rao – Oracle&SQL Database Administrator, Graduate in Computer Science &Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad and an Oracle Certified Associate (OCA). He has more than 12 yrs of IT experience out of which 8 years’ experience as a Database Administrator and providing technical support. Good knowledge in different domains such as Micro finance, Asset management, HRMS, Bank soft etc. The roles also includes the development and design of database, strategies, system monitoring and improving database performance and planning for future expansion requirements. Uma is an expert in plan, co-ordinate and implement security measures to safeguard the databases.

Mr. Sattaiah Goud Palakurthi

Sattaiah Palakurthi is part of Core Internal Audit and Risk Management Team, who has been working closely with BASIX group past 18 Years.Since 2004 he is involved in all the activities of the Society. Currently, he is a Director, Mentor and Advisory for New Product, Finance and Marketing Communication.He is part of BASIX Social enterprise group since 2004 and worked in various group companies in different capacities in Core Internal Audit and Risk Management.,

Ms. Lata Rath

Lata has been selected by the members in the AGM held on July 17 2023. He holds the office of the society for three years as a Director.

Lata Rath is associated with BASIX Social Enterprise Group since 2016.
A Postgraduate in Commerce from Utkal University, she started her career in M V Foundation.
Presently associated with the Basix Farmer’s Market (BFM)-BKSL, handling the Accounts of BFM.

She has over 20 years of experience in Accounts & Finance. She is also associated with Brahma Kumaris more than 15 years and practice Raja Yoga.

Ms. Anitha B

Anitha is associated with BASIX Social Enterprise Group since 2011. A Postgraduate in Public Administration, she started her career in ICFAI University.

Presently associated with the Institute of Livelihood Research and Training. In ILRT she handles a range of administrative functions from travel and logistics to event management; office management to correspondence and communication; maintenance of documentation to preparation of important papers relevant of governance and support in projects being implemented by ILRT.

She has been selected by the members in the AGM held on July 17, 2021. She holds the office of the society for three years as a Director.

She has over 20 years of experience in HR, administration, and governance, she also plays a key role in streamlining program and consulting work of the ILRT.

Mr BL Parthasarathy

One of the members in the early team that set up BASIX, he was associated with BASIX during 2004 to 2019 till he attained superannuation

He served as Managing Director of KBS Bank (2005-2008). He was the Managing Director of BASIX Consulting and Training Services Limited (2008-2014) providing consulting services in over 35 countries in Asia, Pacific and Africa.

During his tenure he had served for three terms as a board members and President of the Society.

He is a development professional, specializing in rural finance, microfinance and livelihood promotion. A Masters in Agricultural Economics and a Management Graduate from Indian Institute of Management- Bangalore (IIM-B), has been working in the areas of access to credit and savings, agricultural finance and microfinance. He was part of the team involved in establishing BASIX Group in 1996. During 2005-2008, was the MD & CEO of Krishna Bhīma Local Area Bank. During 2008 – 2014, he was the MD & CEO of BASIX Consulting and Training Services Limited (BCTS) and MD & CEO of Alliance Microfinance in Myanmar during 2014-2015. He was the Team Lead for the ADB Project – “Strengthening Financial Inclusion through Responsible Finance Practices (ended January 2020). Currently, he is a board director in Alliance Microfinance in Myanmar, BSFL and C-TRAN. He is also the Team Lead for another ADB Project “Supporting Microfinance and Lending Partner Financial Institutions in their COVID-19 and Post-pandemic Response”.

Mr. Sanjib Sarangi

Sanjib Sarangi, a development practitioner in the field of environmental conservation and livelihoods having more than 2 decades of experience.

He is associated with BASIX since XXX and currently with Indian Grameen Services as Associate Vice President, heading the theme natural resource based livelihood programs and anchoring North East initiatives.

His key skills include programme design, implementation and evaluation, institutional strategies in rural livelihoods, institutional development, micro finance, community development and project management.

Being a Master in Zoology, PG Diploma both in RD & HRM with a Diploma in Training and Development, he is having clear understanding of the barriers of the development process.

He has rich working experience with wide variety of bilateral and multi-lateral organizations, State Government and national level NGOs.

Sanjib did his mid-career course ABCD – Asset Based and Citizen centric Development from Coady International Institute, Canada and Aritra Leadership Accelerator Program (AAP) from IIM, Bangalore.

Mr. Uttam Kumar Nayak

Uttam Kumar Nayak is associated with BASIX since XXX and currently with Indian Grameen Services, a not-for profit organization in Kolkata, as an Accounts Executive.

His core skills are financial and project accounting, FCRA, statutory compliances, cash flow, business planning, MIS, fund utilization and audits.

He has been participating actively in both internal and statutory audits and handling the company accounts, budgeting and financial reports for the last 7 years.

Uttam has an experience of managing accounting portfolios for both international and national donors.

Holds Masters in Commerce, he has an in-depth knowledge of numbers and statistics.

Administrator

Mrs K Rajeshwari

Rajeshwari is associated with BASIX since 2008, joining Bhartiya Samruddhi Finance Ltd in the Urban office located in Hyderabad.

She was managing the accounting of the urban micro finance operations, fund management, internal audit, statutory audit, coordination with HO attached to Urban unit Office in Hyderabad.

There after moved to HO and was part of the Central Processing Centre (CPC) supporting the MFI operations of the units and moved to Central Home Office (CHO) supporting the team on maintaining the books of accounts of the units from HO.

Since January 2013 onwards, Rajeshwari is the core administrator of the Society handling the operations of the society, coordinating with entities on member information, deductions, collections, organizing the Board meetings, preparation of monthly MIS, financial statements, managing audit, liaison with registrar apart from managing the welfare activities and part of the new initiatives.

Rajeshwari holds Post Graduation in Commerce and MBA Finance from Madras University.
